The problem was due to the creation of the from and to dates for making the download request. These dates were being created without giving any info on the time of submission of the download. Which had the consequence that local midnight was taken for both from and to. Which in terms of UTC always provided the previous day's date since Italy advances UTC by +1/2 h.
