Parallel operation available for deviceLaplacianFoam

Ettore Fadiga requested to merge parallel_rebased into main

Current main branch already rebased into this feature branch. Issue #5 (closed) can be considered closed after merging. Tested in multi-cpu multi-gpu // single node.

Other branch parallel_bcs should be kept as a backup for a few days, it is a working version linked with an older status of the main branch.
